You can use normal plastic cover also but using this sort of sized cover will offer you more yield First step within the cover one side is opened and another side is closed, within the closed-end, we'd like to tie an elastic band as shown and that we got to turn the duvet the wrong way up Now we'll get shape within the cover Keep the spawn during a clean container break the spawn into small size Fill the paddy straw one layer of height 5 cm then add the mushroom spawn 30 grams as shown Add straw 5 cm then add mushroom spawn one layer likewise fill the entire bag.

We need to use only paddy straw then only we'll get high yield, we will also use sugarcane straw or wheat straw but the mushroom yield is going to be very less. The last layer add some final spawn and tie the bag as shown Likewise, fill all the beds We need to hold this within the shaded room so tie wire as shown Now for the mushroom to breath we'd like to form 5 to 12 hole altogether sides as shown First, sterilize then make a hole for sterilizing I even have used savlon.

Make hole altogether sides as shown I have hung the mushroom bed during a storeroom the oyster fungus needs 23 to a twenty-eight degree for growing so hang it during a shaded place where the temp is going to be optimal. This 2 bags I even have prepared 3 days before you'll see the mushroom spawn start spreading We should not spray water at this stage this one is prepared now After 7 days This stage is named spawn running stage it'll grow 3 weeks then the mushroom buds start to begin We need to take care of the space clean otherwise it's going to get contaminated with other microorganisms.

If you place the mushroom bed in a dark room it'll grow in no time After 3 weeks now the mushroom mycelium as spread throughout the bag After 20 days within the hole that we made the mushroom bud starts to begin At this stage, we'd like to spray water as shown it'll help the buds to take care of moisture We need to spray morning, afternoon and evening at this stage very next day Once the mushroom bud pops out from that day it'll take 4 days to reap it'll grow in no time at this stage There are many sorts in oyster fungus and that we have used a spread called PF 23rd day We can harvest 3 times from an equivalent mushroom bed After harvest, we'd like to spray water and new mushroom will start to grow again.

Short method of composting is usually employed by the growers who have round the ear cultivation facilities this method consists of two phases phase:

1.Outdoor composting for 10 to 12 days

2.      phase two is pasteurization and conditioning of the compost inside the tunnel which lasts for around seven days.

The formulation required for this method are:

 1. Wheat straw 1000 kg

 2. Manure 400 kg

 3. Wheat bran 70 kg

 4. Urea 14.5 kg

5. Gypsum 30 kg

Phase 1:

Outdoor composting the stage at this stage first wheat straw is wetted thoroughly then chicken manure is mixed alongside the addition of wheat bran and kept intrinsically for 2 days after that stack is broken and water is added to the dry portions and again a the stack is formed on today the stack is again broken and therefore the entire quantity of urea is added and a high aerobic pile is made the compost is again turned after every 2 days and gypsum is added a third delivering all three to four turnings are given temperature of the pile may range between 70 to 80 degree Celsius on 8th till 10th day the compost is ready for pasteurization in the bulk chamber this makes the top of phase 1.

Phase 2:  of composting is performed in pasteurization, tunnel fill the tunnel with compost up to the peak of two to 2 point 3 meters manually or by filling line or Bobcat install thermometers probe one each in plenum compost and in the air above the compost close all the doors and ventilators and turn on the blower fan bring the uniform temperature in the tunnel between 45 to 48 degree Celsius now slightly open the fresh air damper and maintain the temperature in the range of 48 to fifty-two Celsius in compost for 48 hours for pre pasteurization conditioning now raise the compost temperature to 59 to 60 Celsius by manipulating the opening of the tamper or by injecting steam through a boiler keep compost at this temperature for four to 6 hours again bring down the compost temperature between 48 to 52 Celsius range keep it for 3 to four days or til the amount when there's no ammonia smell within the compost, you'll also check the ammonia by using dragger and ammonia tubes if no ammonia persists bring down the compost temperature to 25 to 30 Celsius now the compost is prepared first boning.
