How I started YouTube Channel? RMG TECH

Hi Friends

I am going to share you about RMGTECH that how we started and grow RMGTECH channel

so I will  be telling you about RMGTECH

friends, first of all, I would like to thanks to my YouTube Family

so we are family of more than three thousand subscribers within one year

if we talk about today's subscriber count

it is three thousand three hundred approx.

this has not happened in one day

we had started publishing video from Aug'2018

so I want to tell you why or how I had started to publish videos

I have been associated with Farmparts company

My Boss Mr.J.S.Bhogal selected me as Green Man in Company

so after that, I performed my duty according to my assigned role of a green man

so I have done vertical gardening in our three locations in Farmparts Ludhiana

Our Regional Head Mr.J.S.Bhogal said to me regarding  Vertical gardening

That we have to teach about this to everyone, how we did

I take it lightly

if anybody will come then I will tell them how we did

but when our sister concern company SKG team had visited

they put me so many questions about vertical gardening

I realized if would I had made a tutorial video of this

so it would become easier for me to explain

Mr.Bhogal again whispered in my ear to make video

so when I started to make a vertical garden in another unit

at that time I shooted tutorial video

to post on youtube successfully in Aug'2018

so I was like video will be of 10 to 12MB to share on what's App

so it will work

actually, when I had made a video , it was a size of about 1.5GB

so if I will share it on WhatsApp it will not go from my phone within 2 or 3 days

so the one who will receive the video will think like who can send this 1.5GB data

it can even hang the phone so after doing all of that

when we go on share option youtube is also there

so I clicked  on youtube  option and it was posted on youtube

then I started sharing the link  with people

so people appreciated me and i was also feeling happy

people were saying that I did a great job

when we get appreciation definitely  person get confident

so I would like to say that our youtube RMG tech  channel

is originally headed by Mr. Bhogal he asked me to share

so bcoz of him, only  this channel is in front of you

Friends , this was a small story about RMG Tech

after that, for starting this I had to work very hard

I  don't even know how to join two clips

how to add music as when I make video there is a lot of noise

so for doing all that I learned video editing

slowly slowly I came to know that how to do this work

and on youtube also there were so many works which I  learned that

how to share on WhatsApp and share the link on facebook to people

or as much as I can share and said people to share my video as much as they can

so like this I learned a lot of things

so in today 's scenario, u can take benefit if social media a lot

I have also taken a lot of benefits

I forced people to watch my video

I usually post my video link  on my LinkedIn account

and I made my Instagram ID too I haven't left any social media where I haven't shared the link

now talking about how I increased subscriber account

so friends whenever I go to visit  some public place

so there I ask people to subscribe my channel

so where ever I go I interact with people and insist them to watch my video

nd people say to me "WHY NOT?"  AND U CAN INCREASE UR ACCOUNT IN THIS WAY

this is the simplest way  and someone asked me this so this was my answer

now talking about channel monetization

when I started publishing vedio the people with whom I meet  physically

started asking do I get anything from my youtube channel

at that time I wasn't aware of it but later I searched on youtube

weather how to use or monetize youtube channel

then I made my account of add so from their I get to know for this u need min 1000 subscriber

and watch time of  4000 HRS

so then I started checking my time and subscribers

so in the month of February,  my target was completed

and on 22 FEB I got mail that my channel has been monetized

friend now talking about CONTENT

first  I started with vert.gardening and after that from here there I posted the video  on youtube

for my small son, I posted cars video as he likes cars

so like this I am posting the video acc. to the social activities performed in my company

like if I am going for a trip somewhere I post the video of that also

so by profession, I am "PRODUCTION MANAGER"

I give training to my employees for production management

so I have posted the video regarding 5s and on cost production too

with some of my technical friend interview also videos have been published

so like this some social and technical activities videos are on my youtube channel

some of my friends called me for asking how to make a channel

although utube is filled with all of these videos but they called me

so then I HAVE POSTED TUTORIAL VIDEOS RELATED IT

so that I can help u

but my basic hobby is that I love gardening

on my holiday I usually look after them and do potting and more

i become very happy after doing so and enjoy a lot so i have posted related it too

my friends usually shoot video and send me  and I club them and after narrating it post it also

which is meaningful and we can make people aware how can we protect our nature

how can we protect our mother "EARTH' from pollution

which is increasing day by day

by this, we can make people aware of the same  and it may benefit us

so this content I post  sometime

so I would like to tell u some of my friends r like u started earning a lot and more things which they say

so, friends, I would like to tell u that there is not much earning from utube channel

whatever revenue I will get I will invest  it in plantation and gardening

so friends after telling u about my channel I am feeling very relieved

bcoz of ur LOVE and SUPPORT  our channel  had achieved great height, it is getting views worldwide 67% from India and 33% other countries

so, friends, I am really thankful  for increasing my will power and confidence  by loving my videos

love my video and suggest me new topic with which we can make people aware  to save the earth

sometimes training video also

so friends  keep loving my videos like this only  and I will keep posting my videos

so for today this much only i hope it would be helpful to u

may be it will be not meaningful for u  this my duty to share with u

You can take it happily or in what way u want bcoz I feel u as my family so I expressed my views with u
