A nation is not merely a geographical or political entity. Nation is born first in the consciousness of the individual The symbolic images that have been used in the original copy of the Indian Constitution have been taken from the Indian culture itself, but unfortunately the original form of this Constitution of ours is not readily available to the common people. In the text of the constitution which is available in the markets, those symbolic pictures are not given.

Neerja Madhav. After the independence of India, the efforts made by the constitution makers to give a universal and universal form to Indian politics by eradicating hundreds of years of intellectual subjugation and slavery, it is necessary to understand deeply on Republic Day. By erasing the work done by some communist thinkers of considering religion as synonymous with religion, narrowly understanding the eternal human values of Sanatan Dharma, the framers of our constitution considered the Indian way of life as the core of religion for the welfare of the nation.

He used his aphorism for this and gave a real explanation of the word religion. European thinkers and leftist historians who could not even fathom the depth of India's philosophy of life, after independence, the constitution makers and thinkers worked to reinterpret it and clarified its nature. For this reason 'Dharmachakra Pravartanaya' was accepted as the inspiration sentence of the Indian Parliament, then the inspiration sentence of India's judiciary became- 'Dharmo Rakshati Rakshit:'.

The symbolic images that have been used in the original copy of the Indian Constitution have also been taken from Indian culture, but unfortunately the original form of our Constitution is not readily available to the common people. The text of the constitution which is available in the markets, often those symbolic pictures are not given in it. The part of the constitution in which Indian citizenship is mentioned, that part has been started from the Gurukul of the Vedic period. Such a Gurukul where Vedic Upanishads are being recited and Havan is also being held. This havan performed by the Vedic sage is enough to tell the basic element of Indian culture.

Similarly in Part III of the Constitution, where fundamental rights have been discussed, it has been started with the pictures of Rama, Sita and Lakshmana. There are also pictures of Lord Shankar, Lord Krishna, Lord Buddha and Lord Mahavir to give a cultural basis to this form of the Indian Constitution. The purpose of these pictures given in the constitution is to underline the background of Indian culture. These pictures also point towards the history of India. Unfortunately, under the guise of secularism, various parties of India have been trying to lose sight of the basic concept of the Indian Constitution in order to gain access to the vote bank by doing petty politics like minorityism, separatism.

Most of the people associated with Indian politics have a state of confusion and ignorance about the elements of their culture. Even today most of the people want to see the entire cultural character of India through the western lens. Most of the confusion was spread by British historians and thinkers. Some anti-Indian thinkers and writers also spread it by shaking their yes. There was only one goal behind all this - to keep India divided at the mental level. First divided into Aryans and Dravidians. Later it was established that India never remained as an organized nation and was never recognized as a cultural or political entity. This propaganda gradually adversely affected the cultural and political unity of India. If a lie is repeated again and again, then after a time it starts to appear like the truth.

The basis of the ancient politics of India is spiritual thinking, but the aim has always been the welfare of mankind. Before the 'Fundamental Rights' part of the Constitution, it has also been indicated by giving a picture of Lord Shri Ram, Sita and Lakshmana that 'Ram Rajya' will come only when the citizens have the right to equality before the law. Whether it is the equality of education or expression or the right to equality against exploitation, ethnicity, sex discrimination etc.

Similarly, behind the picture of Lord Krishna preaching to Arjuna before the 'Directive Principles of State Policy' part of the Constitution, there is a sense of showing the oldest form of policy interpretation in Indian politics. What are the duties of a person for public welfare? What are the factors that determine policy? All these have been elaborately explained by Shri Krishna in Shrimad Bhagavad Gita giving knowledge to Arjuna. There is only one objective behind all this that the present spirit of the nation should also be linked with the thousands of years old culture of India and its symbols, only then the world community will be able to recognize the specialty of this nation.

A nation is not merely a geographical or political entity. Nation is born first in the consciousness of the individual. The affectionate attachment within the individual towards that nation is inherited by him. Just like the natural resources, history, traditions, environment and memories of the nation are easily inherited by us. Our Constitution should be considered a symbol of our national consciousness. These symbols associated with national consciousness need to be underlined, honored and at the same time sung their pride. It is a good sign that this work is being done for the last few years and in this sequence the traditions which were established during the British Raj and for some reason continued even after independence.
