At the same time, 4,83,936 patients have lost their lives so far. With this, the daily positivity rate has increased to 13.29 percent while the weekly positivity rate has increased to 7.92 percent.

4,033 cases of Omicron in 27 states

On the other hand, the total number of Omicron cases in the country has increased to 4,033. Out of 4,033 patients of Omicron, 1,552 patients have been discharged. Maharashtra has the highest number of 1,216 cases of Omicron. At the same time, Rajasthan has overtaken Delhi in this list. Omicron has 529 patients in Rajasthan and 513 in Delhi.
