After the announcement of the Punjab government, a liter of petrol will be available in Ludhiana on Monday for around Rs 95. Right now the rate is 105.75. By reducing Rs 10, it will become 95.75. Diesel is currently available at Rs 89.41. It will be around Rs.84.41.

Official announcement has not been made by the petroleum companies about the prices yet, but after the announcement of the government, a liter of petrol will be available in Ludhiana on Monday for around Rs 95. Right now the rate is 105.75 paise per liter. If Rs 10 is reduced, it will become Rs 95 to 75 paise. Diesel is currently available at Rs 89.41. This will reduce by five rupees to about 84.41 rupees.

Government agreed, petrol pumps will work as before

Punjab Petroleum Dealers Association executive member Raju Sharma said that the government has accepted the long standing demand of petrol pump owners. A good start has been made by giving relief on petrol and diesel. This will bring relief not only to the general public but also to the petrol pump owners. In such a situation, the time change announced from November 7 and other opposing decisions will not be implemented.
