Bhagwant Mann said that the government should not face the farmers and the opposition across the country and run away from the ground reality.

Bhagwant Mann said that the demands of the farmers were very clear and simple. Then why are so many senior government ministers and officials not understanding? According to Mann, the Modi government understands everything, but the intention is not clear, so it is holding meetings.

Mr. Mann said that it was an issue not only of the farmers but also of all the artisans, transporters, laborers, shopkeepers and traders as the whole country including Punjab was an agriculture oriented country but the central government's aim was to Create a rift between traders and farmers.

Simultaneously, Bhagwant Mann wrote a letter to Lok Sabha Speaker Hon'ble Om Birla seeking convening of a special session of Parliament on agricultural laws.

In his letter, Bhagwant Mann said that repeal of anti-agriculture laws was the only solution to the problem and a special session of the Lok Sabha should be convened immediately.

Mann said the country's farmers were concerned about agricultural laws. Farmers from all over the country have reached the borders of Delhi with their families to protest in the capital under the 'Delhi Chalo' campaign. His demand for repeal of agricultural laws is justified as it would destroy the marketing system and there was strong opposition to the bills in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha as well.
