A Good news or a bad for some of the students .As we already know that government had given permission for running the schools according to the consent which is to filled by parents .So ,according to the consent form parents are requested whether they want their ward to attend classes physically or rather they still feel better to be virtually online on phones .
The ICSE board school Sacred Heart Convent Sr Sec School have planned to start the school as some parents are not able to fulfill child necessity for online classes.They had send a google form in the school group for the permission of parents regarding the opening of school.All the parents had filled that according to their own point of view.
After the results of consent form ,the school had decided that the parents who had agreed to send their ward can come and join the school classes physically with live attraction of teachers and also those who had disagreed will have their online classes only on mobiles.
The school timing for the students interested to join school is 8:45am - 12:15pm .For the ones to have online classes will have their classes from 3 pm -6pm .
Main points to be noted
1.Use of face cover/mask is mandatory.
2.Physical distancing of at least 6 feet to be followed as far as feasible. Scheduling of activities and seating plan shall be made accordingly.
3.Moving around in the campus and other places like drinking water areas, washrooms, staff room etc.
4.In groups is strictly prohibited. Avoid crowding inside the school premises and maintain physical distancing norms.
5.Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed. This involves strict practice of covering one's mouth and nose while coughing/sneezing with a tissue/handkerchief/flexed elbow and disposing off used tissues properly.
6.Spitting in public spaces is strictly prohibited.
7.Sharing of items like notebook, pens/pencil, eraser, water bottle etc. amongst students should not be allowed.
8.Frequent hand washing with soap (for at least 40-60 seconds) even when hands are not visibly dirty.
9.Use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers (for at least 20 seconds) can be done wherever feasible.
10.Self-monitoring of health by all and reporting if any illness at the earliest
The above given points are shared by the school to the students as a act to make students aware about the rules which they need to follow in the school .They had requested students to bring mask and a alcohol based sanitizer .They have asked to maintain a gap of 6 feet and sitting arrangement is also made at far distance from benches.So we can say School is trying their level best to follow the rules and regulation given by the government to them .
The shcss school have also given a pledge to students which they have to write daily in the notebook which they are going to bring and they have given a notice regarding no one will share their stationary and students will not be allowed to make groups and go to water taps and washrooms .School had given all the necessary points to be followed by school students .
