Farmer Protest: Leader of Opposition will meet President Mr. Ramnath Kovind, Kisan agitation will be the issue of discussion

A team of opposition leaders will meet President Ramnath Kovind today. These opposition leaders also include Sharad Pawar Sitaram Yechury Rahul Gandhi. He had already taken the time to meet him about the peasant movement.
New Delhi Farmer Protests: The wave of opposition to agricultural laws is spreading in the country. Negotiations between the Center for farmer leaders continue. In this sequence, on Wednesday, a group of opposition leaders will meet President Ramnath Kovind. These opposition leaders also include Sharad Pawar, Sitaram Yechuri, Rahul Gandhi. He asked for time to meet him about the peasant movement.
Explain that today is the fourteenth day of the farmers' movement and today the sixth round of talks with the farmers leaders was going to be held with the Center, which has been postponed. Actually, farmers will be given a written proposal from the government today which they will consider.
CPI (M) leader Mr.Sitaram Yechury had told that a joint delegation of opposition parties would meet President Ram Nath Kovind at 5 pm on Wednesday. He said, 'The delegation will include Rahul Gandhi, Sharad Pawar and others. Due to the COVID-19 protocol, only 5 people are allowed to meet. '
Before meeting President Mr.Kovind, all these opposition party leaders will prepare a uniform approach on agricultural laws. Opposition parties for this meeting include NCP, Congress, Communist Party of India (Marxist) Communist Party of India (Male), Communist Party of India (CPI), Dravida Munnetra Karhagam (DMK) and Trinamool Congress. All these parties supported the 'Bharat Bandh' of the farmers.
After the end of the India bandh on 8 December, Home Minister Amit Shah also met the peasant leaders but no concrete solution has been found so far. After the meeting with the Home Minister, late on Tuesday night, All India Kisan Sabha General Secretary Hannan Mulla said that the sixth round of talks between the government and the farmers on Wednesday had been canceled.
